We also have a system in place to not send requests to customers who have already left a review, as well as a limit for the amount of review requests are sent within a month period that are sent to your customers. Other review systems don't add emphasis on customer care, we believe that asking for reviews shouldn't be pushy and only help the customer experience.

The Details:

Sign up:

When you sign up for our 14-day free trial, you'll log in to your Google Business Profile (GBP) and Facebook page within our system. Then, we will request a list of your existing customers and when you completed their service.

After we have all of the info we need, we'll start our backend work to get your first set of reviews.

The most recent 100 customers will be used in your free trial campaign. All of the remaining customers on your existing customers list will be contacted in tandem with your new customers on a monthly basis (to meet the maximum amount of clients for the plan that you select) so you'll have a consistent flow of new reviews.

Complete a service:

The next step for you is to continue doing business as usual, making sure that you collect customers' names, cell phone numbers, emails, and service dates.

This information is critical for us to be able to get your business reviews consistently.

Connect your CRM/P.O.S.:

After your free trial ends and your paid service begins, we will request to become an admin user within your CRM, booking software, or point-of-sale system. We will then set up our system so that every time a service or product delivery is completed, your system will automatically send that customer data to us.

Setting up an automatic client info transfer allow us to request a review from your customers while their experience is fresh, increasing the likelihood of leaving positive feedback.

Get prime reviews:

Your customers will land on special review landing pages, created by us, when they click your "leave a review" link. This landing page by default only forwards customers to leave a public Google review only if they select 4 or 5 stars on the form, (this can be configured to be only 5 stars, if you'd prefer). If the customer selects an option less than 4 stars, they'll be prompted to leave feedback to the business owner. This step in the system is to ensure that every review that is generated by our system is at least a 4 star review. We can't guarantee that a customer won't go around our system to leave a negative review, but with the quantity of positive reviews that you'll get with our system, any negative reviews will be a small outlier.

We also have a system in place to not send requests to customers who have already left a review, as well as a limit for the amount of review requests are sent within a month period that are sent to your customers. Other review systems don't add emphasis on customer care, we believe that asking for reviews shouldn't be pushy and only help the customer experience.

We take our process a step further by utilizing our AI bot to respond to every Google review, positive or negative, whether the review was prompted by our system or not. Responsiveness to reviews shows Google that you're a communicative business owner, further boosting your SEO and ranking.

Share reviews:

If you choose to give us access to your business' Facebook page during the signup process, we will automatically create and share your 5 star reviews directly to your Facebook timeline.

This shows potential customers from Facebook the quality of work that you do, further driving more business in addition to the new customers you'll obtain from Google reviews.
